Terms of Service
The deal between you and us, in plain English. It is still a binding agreement, so please read it. We kept it short to make that realistic.
Last updated September 1, 2026
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Bluntpage Inc., a Delaware C-Corp ("Bluntpage", "we", "us"). They cover your use of bluntpage.com and the Bluntpage application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
You submit a landing page by URL or by pasting HTML. Our software, including a language model, reads it and returns a conversion score, a prioritized list of problems with fixes, and rewritten copy. You can run a re-check after making changes to see how the score moved.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- Give us accurate information, and keep your email address current.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Agency plan seats are for members of your own team. You are responsible for what your seats do.
- Tell us promptly at support@bluntpage.com if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to the following rules. They are short because they are not negotiable.
- Only roast pages you have the right to submit. That means pages you own, pages you work on for a client or employer, or publicly available pages you are reviewing for legitimate analysis. Do not paste HTML you obtained without permission, or content that is confidential to someone else.
- Do not use the fetcher to attack anything. No using the Service to probe, scan, overload, or gain access to any website, server, or network, including private or internal addresses. No using us to get around a site's access controls or blocks.
- Do not submit content that is illegal, or that contains other people's sensitive personal data.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or get around plan limits or rate limits.
- Do not access the Service with automated scripts, except through features we provide for that purpose.
- Do not resell the Service or present it as your own product. White-label export on the Agency plan is the exception, within its stated limits.
- Do not use the output to harass or demean any person. The roast targets pages, never people.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. For serious abuse, we may do so without notice.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the URLs, HTML, and other material you submit. You give us a limited license to fetch, store, and process that content only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it to train AI models. You can export your data as JSON and delete your account from Settings at any time. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI output
Roasts, scores, and rewrites are generated by software, including a language model. Please understand what that means:
- It is advice, not a guarantee. A higher score does not promise more signups, sales, or revenue. Results depend on your traffic, offer, market, and many things the Service cannot see.
- Output can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to output given to other users. Review it before you publish it.
- You are responsible for what you put on your own pages, including making sure any claims in rewritten copy are true and lawful for your business.
- The output is not legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you own the roast reports and rewritten copy generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose.
7. Plans, billing, and refunds
- Currency. All prices are in US dollars (USD), everywhere. Taxes may be added where required.
- Free plan. 2 roasts per month with 1 re-check per roast. No card required.
- Paid plans. Roast is $15 per month, or $12 per month billed annually. Agency is $49 per month, or $39 per month billed annually. Current features for each plan are listed on the Pricing page.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, charged in advance to your payment method through Stripe, until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from Settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your roasts stay.
- Refunds. If you ask within 14 days of your first paid charge, we will refund that charge in full. Email support@bluntpage.com. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before a price change affects your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If it keeps failing, the account moves to the Free plan.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, scoring method, and brand, belongs to Bluntpage Inc.. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Vercel for hosting, OpenAI for language model processing, Stripe for payments, and Google for optional sign-in. Your use of their features may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for websites you submit or link to.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running and post live status on the Status page, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove something material from a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and you may cancel.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if we shut the Service down. If we shut down or end your paid access without cause, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Sections that by their nature should survive, including sections 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15, survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the output is accurate or that using it will improve your results.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bluntpage Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you submitted, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including legal fees. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in the defense.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
Before filing anything, please email hello@bluntpage.com and give us 30 days to fix the problem. Most things get fixed faster that way.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. For material changes, we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, cancel and stop using the Service.
17. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
