How we work

Small team. Full time. No theater.

Atlanta first, remote friendly

HQ is at 1100 Peachtree Street NE in Midtown Atlanta. About half the team is there most days. The rest work remotely from US time zones. We overlap from 11am to 4pm Eastern and leave the rest of the day alone.

Everyone is full time

Both founders and the whole team work on Bluntpage full time. Building AI is the day job, not the side project.

The basics, stated plainly

  • Salary ranges are posted. The offer will land inside the range.
  • Real equity, with the numbers explained in plain English before you sign.
  • Health, dental, and vision covered for you. 401(k). Four weeks of vacation you are expected to take.
  • Two meetings a week for the whole team. Everything else is written down.
  • Feedback here works like the product: direct, specific, aimed at the work, and always with a fix.

Engineering

Founding Product Engineer

You own features from a sketch to production. Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and a design system with 3px borders and no patience for blur.

You will

  • Ship the roast report, re-check flow, and Agency workspace end to end.
  • Keep the app fast. A roast should feel quick even when the model is not.
  • Talk to customers weekly. Not through a PM. Directly.

You have

  • Five or more years shipping web products, with things in production you can show us.
  • Strong TypeScript and React. Comfortable on the server side too.
  • Taste. You notice when a button is 2px off and it bothers you.

Applied AI Engineer (evals and prompts)

The roast is only as good as its judgment. You make the judgment better, and you prove it with evals instead of vibes.

You will

  • Build and maintain the eval suite: scored page sets, regression checks, human review loops.
  • Own prompts, structured output schemas, and the model routing layer.
  • Hunt down false kills. A wrong criticism costs us more than a missed one.

You have

  • Shipped language model features to real users, with measurement.
  • Working knowledge of structured output, validation, and failure handling.
  • Enough conversion or UX sense to tell a good critique from a confident bad one.

Growth Writer who can also read a funnel
